Richard with Ian Collier of Tingdene at Pavenham Park

Richard was pleased to recently visit the Pavenham Park Home site, owned by Tingdene, to discuss the unique challenges facing the park homes sector over the coming years.

Richard Fuller MP said:

During the visit I met with Ian Collier, the Managing Director of Tingdene’s park homes division, and we discussed issues around the enforcement of the law around park homes, the 10% commission on park homes sales, and the history of the park itself.

I have a number of park home sites in my constituency and have been pleased to meet with a number of residents over the years, including attending the AGM of the Brookside Park Home Site in Bromham during the recent General Election Campaign.

I will continue to work with my Parliamentary colleagues to ensure that park home residents’ rights are protected and, where necessary, expanded through legislation either through supporting a Private Members Bill or supporting amendments to Government legislation.
