In support of World Mental Health Day on 10 October, Richard has produced a short guide on mental health with tips and information on making sure that people look after their mental health at a time that has been difficult for many across the country.
Richard said: "Our mental health and our physical health are just as important as each other. That is why, particularly at the moment, we need to make sure that we and our friends and family, look after our mental health as much as possible.
