I have been working with local councillors and lobbying MPs in Parliament to bring forward changes to the law on freehold estate management charges and improve the rights of homeowners. There is a chance that Prime Minister Rishi Sunak may be able to prioritise this issue in the last session of Parliament before the next General Election.
